Roll On is built and supported by one person, so replies take a few days rather than a few minutes.
If something has gone wrong, say which iPhone and which iOS version — both are under Settings → General → About — and it saves a round trip.
No. Roll On has no sign-up and no password. It uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone to store and sync your teams, which is also why there's nothing for the developer to hold on to.
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Syncing your teams across your own devices, and sharing a team with another coach, both need you signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive turned on. The rest of the app — including the match clock and the Live Activity on your Lock Screen — works without it.
Open the team, go to Manage Team → Coaches, and create an invite code. Send that code to your co-coach however you like. When they enter it, you'll get a request to approve on your Home screen. A code nobody uses stops working after 7 days, and your phone clears it away for you.
This is usually iCloud still catching up — the invite is accepted before the squad finishes downloading. Tap Try Again on the join screen. If it's still empty after a minute or two, quit the app fully and reopen it.
So the manager can confirm the request really came from you before giving you access to a squad of children's details. Once you're on the team the address is visible to that team's manager and coaches only. Until then it sits, with the code, in the shared lookup area that lets the manager's phone find your request at all — and your phone deletes it from there as soon as the team arrives, or after 14 days if the request is turned down or nobody answers it. The privacy policy covers this in full.
Removing your data
Everything Roll On stores lives in your own iCloud account, so deleting it in the app deletes it at source. There's no request to submit and nobody to ask.
